The Republican National Committee is seeking a Digital Elections Manager to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and politics. Additionally, the candidate is interested in being part of a team, collaborating with others, and working on long-term projects for the digital and political efforts of the RNC. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, driven, detail-oriented and has a strong interest in elections and voting processes. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC. 

Successful candidates will be responsible for: 

• Maintaining and updating the RNC’s voter outreach websites.  

• Working with the team to develop new marketing features and strategies for the RNC’s online voter outreach tools. 

• Establishing and maintaining processes and documents to ensure timely content updates are made and approved. 

• Tracking and providing updates to the digital team about election dates, deadlines, and changes across the country. 

• Collaborating with the team on various long-term projects for the RNC’s digital marketing efforts. 

 Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in digital marketing or politics is required. 

• A strong interest in voting process and elections.  

• Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills. 

• A self-starter, able to begin and see through long-term projects and troubleshoot problems successfully.  

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
