Overview

The Political Technology Analyst will develop and surface key data insights for the Republican National Committee (RNC) Data Department. Analysts will use business intelligence tools and the latest cloud technology to analyze the electorate and campaign data. Job Description

• Assist Political Technology Director and data team with the collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage of data needed for RNC analytics and operations
• Responsible for processing several different types of data related to elections and campaign operations and maintaining quality control
• Communicate complex analyses and insights to stakeholders along with documentation and training materials
• Implement innovative analytic and business intelligence solutions on behalf of stakeholders

Requirements

• BA or BS (technical degree preferred)
• Familiarity with data analytics and related software such as Excel and Python
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)
• Experience interacting with large datasets and cloud data solutions
