Digital Coordinator

The Digital Operations Coordinator is a vital component of donor relations. This employee will become familiar with donor issues and respond thoughtfully using various platforms. This position will also assist with the backend of donation processing.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Corresponding with donors in a thoughtful and polite manner via email
  • Responsible for issuing refunds, canceling subscriptions and serving as a general resource for questions that arise from supporters
  • Alert fundraising and political teams of any issues customers are experiences across all online channels
  • Support the digital team in other donor relations and online support engagement

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in team environment 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to quick changes and prioritize effectively
